Question by Lillith: Is yogurt as good as medicine to treat yeast infection?
I have had a yeast infection before and always used the medicine to treat it. I have heard that plain sugar free yogurt can also treat it... but will it do just as good of a job? will it take longer? is it better in the long run? Please provide instructions on how to treat with plain yogurt or if the medicine is better just give your opinion. I appreciate your answers.
