Question by Joe B: How do you get rid of CANDIDA or YEAST overgrowth in colon?
I have severe acne for two years and I took antibiotics for six months, and I assume I may well have candida overgrowth that is causing toxicity in my body. Any guidelines on how to get rid of it is valuable thks.
p.s. this is not a hygenical problem. this is simply because i took antibiotics for six months that destroyed all the great bacteria in my gut, causing an overgrowth. thank you.
