Answer by Drew GI eat yogurt. not to quick but it naturally balances out my PH. i also drink lots of cranberry juice for bladder infection. I like the raspberry- cran. it does take a small time but i have found i get much less as i get older. also, cease consuming breads and such for the duration of this time. possibly they are wives
