Question by Lisa: do over the counter products cure yeast infections or do they just relieve some symptoms?
dont wanna go to the doc and spread open for them to go diggin so i wondered if the otc stuff cured it or just relieved symptoms

Answer by Medic Daniela Sif you really want to get rid of yeast infection then you must follow these tips - they worked for me:
1) Eat yogurt!!!! It contains helpful bacteria (live cultures, including acidophilus and bifidus)
