Question by Lilly S: Can plain yogurt cure yeast infection even though there is natural sugar in it?
i bought plain yogurt at the store to cure a yeast infection. i have read it has to be plain and not have sugar in it. i checked the ingredients. plain organic yogurt with live and active cultures are the only ingredients there is no added sugar. but it says it has 7 grams of sugar in each serving. will this still cure a yeast infection?
